Refund policy

  • All returns must be postmarked within 2 days of product delivery.

  • Made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed from the product.

  • Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to return the shipment to our address.

  • Reverse pickup is dependent on the availability of the service in your area.

  • Issues related to Product (quality or quantity) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.

    Mandatory Video Proof Required for Return Approval(Very Important)

    To be eligible for return approval, customers must:

    1️⃣ Record a clear video while accepting the parcel from the delivery partner.
    2️⃣ Record a continuous uncut video while opening the parcel.
    3️⃣ Ensure the brand tag and plastic seal are clearly visible in the video.

  • Record a video while handing over the product during reverse pickup and share with us.

  • COD/Express shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • 100 INR logistics charge will be deducted as part of the refund process. 

  • Returns or exchanges are not available for international shipments.

Please note that all packaging materials, including but not limited to wooden boxes, brown boxes, and gift wraps, are provided as part of the delivery process and shall be deemed non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances

Return Request Process

  • To initiate a return request, please follow the steps below:
  1. Send an email to khushesupport@gmail.com with:

    • Order details
    • Clear photos of the product
    • A clear, continuous, and uncut video showing the parcel being received and opened.

  2. The video must clearly show:

    • The parcel at the time of delivery.
    • The complete unpacking process without any cuts or edits.
    • The product's brand tag and plastic seal clearly visible.

  3. After sending the email, please share the same video on our Whatsapp (If video is too big) and mention the email address from which you sent the return request.

Important: Return requests submitted without the required photos and continuous uncut opening video may not be eligible for approval.

  • Once the return is approved, your order will be picked up within 4-5 working days.
  • The refund process will begin after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your original form of payment.
Eligibility for Refund:
  • Items must be returned with all tags attached.
  • The product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the exact condition received.
  • Gift cards and store credit remain valid for a lifetime.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a bank account.
